User agreement

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the PureSpark Atelier website, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when contacting us and must have the legal capacity to enter an agreement. Younger learners should participate with responsible adult guidance.

2. Catalog and enrollment

Catalog entries describe educational products, formats, durations, and prices as presented at the time of viewing. A cart is a review tool and does not itself create a confirmed enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only after direct communication and any required payment arrangement.

3. Responsible practice

Learners are responsible for following ingredient instructions, protective practices, local rules, workspace requirements, and supplier guidance. Course content is educational and does not provide medical, legal, regulatory, or business guarantees.

4. Content ownership

PureSpark Atelier owns or licenses its lesson text, worksheets, naming, layout, and teaching materials. Enrolled learners receive personal access for learning and may not reproduce, resell, publicly redistribute, or use the materials to create a competing course.

5. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but digital services may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control. We may revise course content and prices while preserving confirmed arrangements according to applicable law.
